Appeared At: Demonology, Femmy Awards (2003-2008), Forsaken Destiny, Nuclear Pussy 3

Details: Presenting awards, performing PPV themes, catfighting.

Influence: Lil' Kim has long been a favourite of Divas Unleashed, having been invited to the FWAs every year and performing twice (once at Forsaken Destiny with Janet Jackson and again at Nuclear Pussy 3). Her ever-changing style (those wigs!) and her embodiment of the fierce independent woman have influenced many aspects of Divas Unleashed.


Tara Reid

Appeared At: Demonology

Details: Presented finals of Sexiest Man fan tournament.

Influence: Responsible for boosting Lil' Kim's fabulousness. After exchanging words with the rapper, Tara found herself in a catfight with the Queen Bee live on air after Katrina informed Kim that Tara was saying bad things about her. Bitchy.


Adema

Appeared At: Demonology

Details: Performed Katrina's entrance music at Demonology.

Influence: Responsible for increasing Kaci's satisfaction. Kaci and lead singer Marky Chavez hooked up backstage.


t.A.T.u

Appeared At: Femme Fatality

Details: Performed the PPV theme tune "Not Gonna Get Us".

Influence: Kick-starting the lesbian trend that swept through Divas Unleashed (and the world) during 2003-2004. Later, "White Robe" inspired a music short starring Maya Okosaki called 'Waste Management'.


Kate Hudson & Luke Wilson

Appeared At: Femme Fatality, Femmys (2004)

Details: Presented the Cutest Couple fan award.

Influence: Luke Wilson sent some hearts fluttering while Kate made some divas laugh.


Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell

Appeared At: Femme Fatality, Femmys (2003)

Details: Accepted the Cutest Couple fan award and presented.

Influence: Responsible for putting Crystal Deymonaz in her place after Crystal threatened Goldie backstage.


Drew Carey

Appeared At: Exile (2003)

Details: Presented the first Diva of the Month award.

Influence: The Diva of the Month award is now a monthly award.


Evanescence

Appeared At: My Immortal, Femmys (2004)

Details: Performed PPV themes twice, presented at the Femmys.

Influence: Amy Lee inspired the 'grunge' look many divas adorned in 2003-2004 and the music of Evanescence featured heavily with two pay-per-view themes "Bring Me To Life" (Demonology) and "My Immortal" as well as being the entrance music for many divas.


Kim Cattrall

Appeared At: My Immortal, Femmys (2009)

Details: Presented Diva of the Month award.

Influence: Kim's most famous role, Samantha Jones, has inspired a liberation within the divas. Her sense of style and general fabulousness has been emulated by many divas along the years.


Kristin Davis

Appeared At: My Immortal

Details: Presented Diva of the Month award.

Influence: Like Kim Cattrall, Kristin is responsible for the Sex and the City-related boom amongst diva ranks, inspiring a craving for Monolo's and NY fashion.


Linkin Park

Appeared At: Arachnophobia, Ashes To Ashes

Details: Performed the PPV theme "Crawling" and covered "Bodies".

Influence: Provided us with some rock when we needed it.


Charlize Theron & Jennifer Garner

Appeared At: Arachnophobia

Details: Presented the Diva of the Month award.

Influence: Proved that DU could get the A-List if it wanted to.


Jenna Jameson

Appeared At: Arachnophobia

Details: Dated Jake EB Wild and attacked Angel & Zelien.

Influence: Jenna let everyone know what a slut Jake EB Wild was. Later, she made the divas realise you can rock a damn fine bob if you want to.


Anna Nicole Smith

Appeared At: Femmys (2003-2006), Nuclear Pussy

Details: Presented awards and broke pianos.

Influence: Anna Nicole ranks amongst one of the best loved celebrities DU has had the pleasure of having. Her hilarious mishaps at the FWAs provided us with great entertainment, and her loveable personality influenced many aspects of Divas Unleashed.


Yoko Ono

Appeared At: Exile (2004)

Details: Confused for the mother of Yuku Shiro.

Influence: Responsible for revealing Yuku Shiro's lack of a sense of humour.


My Ruin

Appeared At: Misanthrope

Details: Performed the PPV theme "Miss Ann Thrope".

Influence: Responsible for opening Misanthrope with a bang.


Tyra Banks

Appeared At: Misanthrope, Femmys (2009)

Details: Officiated "Victoria's Secret" Stripped match, presented awards.

Influence: Tyra Banks has left a huge impression on DU, her finger-waving brand of fierceness has been much copied. America's Next Top Model inspired a new wave of workin' it out. The weaves, the runway strut, the crazy personality has all been an intregral part of shaping the Divas Unleashed you see today.


Dame Shirley Bassey

Appeared At: Rule Britannia, Drop Dead Gorgeous

Details: Performed PPV theme and cheered on her friend Dame Barbara.

Influence: The glamourous gowns and the age-defying legs sparked jealously amongst the divas.


Jordan

Appeared At: Rule Britannia

Details: Accompanied and hung out with her friend Tara Lee-Shiro.

Influence: Taught us new levels of trashiness.


Jamelia

Appeared At: Rule Britannia

Details: Presented Diva of the Month award.

Influence: Many divas take her 'speak your mind' approach to life.

Influence: Taught the roster that Asian men do actually exist.

Details: Interviewed divas, appeared on Dating Line.

Influence: Made everyone laugh and showed an innocently brazen approach to interviewing divas which other reporters have picked up on and twisted around.


Lacuna Coil

Appeared At: Massacre In The Orient

Details: Performed and presented Diva of the Month award at the same time.

Influence: Their songs are very popular as entrance themes, and like Amy Lee, many have modelled their look after Cristina Scabbia.


Yellowcard

Details: Performed the PPV theme "Ocean Avenue".

Influence: Made divas realise colours can be used in names, see 'Bloo'.

Details: Poisoned by Kaci's alcohol breath.

Influence: Responsible for the roster realising that Australians are hot and exposing Crystal and Kaci's drinking problems.

Influence: Taught us how to have no class at all.

Influence: Made everyone realise that British people can sing.

Details: Performed to open the show and performed for Star.

Influence: Responsible for the 21st century's independent woman and proving that you can be an ultimate force of a woman on stage (or in the ring) if you want to.

Details: Performed the postponed Rule Britannia theme.

Influence: Let the owners know that mistakes happen and you can't erase them.


Tarja Turunen

Appeared At: Femmys (2004), Forsaken Destiny II

Details: Presented awards and announced Collision Course PPV with 3WL.

Influence: Nightwish's music was very popular as PPV themes, and Tarja was popular within Divas Unleashed as a result. The tracks created an atmosphere and anticipation for many DU events.


Dame Kelly Holmes

Details: Presented Diva of the Month award.

Influence: Responsible for teaching us not to give up.


Sugababes

Appeared At: Femmys (2003-2008), Exile (2005 & 2009)

Details: Performed and presented awards.

Influence: Responsible for the greatest music invented, as well as providing many songs which have been used in Divas Unleashed. They also taught us that members may come and go but if you soldier on then you'll still be the best.


Gwen Stefani

Details: Duetted on the PPV theme "Drop Dead Gorgeous" with Shirley Manson.

Influence: Gwen's style and personality has been much emulated and copied.


Shirley Manson

Appeared At: Femmys (2003-2006), Drop Dead Gorgeous, Forsaken Destiny III

Details: Performed PPV themes and presented awards.

Influence: Shirley has been a regular in DU, appearing at the FWAs many times and performing a couple of times including on a pre-show. She taught us how to be cool.

Details: Supported her friend Dame Barbara.

Influence: Reminded everyone that Mary Poppins is not cool.


Backstreet Boys

Appeared At: Femmys (2003), Exile (2005)

Details: Appeared on "The Ashley Show" and filed a restraining order.

Influence: The Backstreet Boys were a huge part of the feud between Kaci and Kristin Wallace-Hudson and the sole reason for Ashley T. Bopper's life.

Details: Presented Diva of the Month award.

Influence: Told us that you can look quite good with grey hair.


Girls Aloud

Details: Opened Forsaken Destiny V, presented Diva of the Month award.

Influence: Their music has been used a lot within DU, with Xenomania's brilliant lyrics fitting the company perfectly, and they've overcame unpopularity with the divas to become more accepted and are now embedded in DU's spirit.

Details: Performed the PPV theme.

Influence: Mariah gave us a 101 on how to be have an inflated ego and how to act like a complete biatch of a diva.

Influence: Taught us other words do exist beside "hot" and "hawt", and the opposite of this word is "cold".

Influence: Responsible for teaching us that you can still make it with an alien face.
