Ring Attire: Crystal's hair is black with red streaks, and always wears it down. Though her outfits differ slightly from week to week, her top is mainly tight fitting black leather tanktops, while her pants range from faded jeans, to baggy cargos, and occasionally tight leather pants.
Ring Entrance: "Brackish" by Kittie hits the PA system as light blue strobes dance around on the stage. "She is not scared...to die...". Crystal runs out on stage moshing & headbanging for the crowd. "The best things in life drive her to cry..."She runs from one side of the ramp to the other before walking down the ramp jamming to her entrance music. "CRUCIFY THEN BURN!!!"Once she reaches the ring apron, she pulls herself up and then leans her back against the ropes. She then falls backwards into the ring and lands on her feet. She pulls her head up slowly at first, with her hair down in front of her face. She then in one quickly motion flings her head back, with her hair a blur of light blue, as she places her arms in the air. She then walks over to the turnbuckle and poses for the crowd for a few seconds. She steps down adjusts the bottom of her pants.
Biography:Growing up as Ashley Deymonaz in Spokane Washington, she finished high-school after being captain of the wrestling team. She moved to Los Angeles and went to college at UCLA where she met Icer. She went to UPW and started patenting the skills to learn basic pro-wrestling, and eventually, on the offside, trained as hard as she could. After completing college, both traveled Mexico, fine tuning their trademark technique, Lucha Lobre. After becoming two of the most famous Luchadores in the Mexico City area, Vince Russo, owner of the RWF, asked them to come to Atlanta to work for him. While Icer passed into the federation, Crystal's athletic talents could not be showcased as she pleased. She would only be used as "eye candy". Crystal decided to withdraw the offer from Russo, and left Icer. She traveled the states, doing many independant shows, and making a name for herself. Then, after a year of doing this, Icer found Crystal in Chicago. After deciding to get back together, Crystal joined Icer in the wXw. This time, she sacrified being eye candy to be at Icer's side. However, the company folded, and Icer & Crystal were once again cast out on their own.
After the XIW had folded, due to lack of roster, Icer's friend from the AWA, then known as Banzai(Blair Spikes), had gotten both Crystal & Icer in contact with GWF owner, Vern Wheeler. Both were set to make their debut on May 6th, 2002. One week before the show, Icer broke his arm in a car accident. Crystal rather than side with Icer, went into the GWF, solo. Crystal's official debut match, was a divas tag match. Crystal, and the GWF Women's Champion, Lorretta, teamed with Tequila, and another debuting female, Acid. Crystal's inexpirance cost her the loss, after Tequila pinned her. To only add insult to injurt, Lightning, another female, had gallons of custard poured over all four women in the ring. Crystal from that point forward, knew the GWF was going to be the place for her. After several weeks of loses, Crystal finally picked up her first victory ever against Shell. This win only was the beginning of what was to come in the GWF.
Crystal had joined the TWWE, EWWA, and XIW also. In the TWWE, Crystal attained the goal of becoming a Tag Team Champion with Icer, and the Intercontinental Champion as the company folded. Crystal then attained the EWWA Women's Championship at the infamous XIW Invitational. Crystal was on a roll. Crystal then grabbed her biggest Championship belt to date. The XIW IntercontinentalChampionship. After that win, Crystal began becoming a greedy individual, and her overconfidence cost her back in the GWF. Her GWF PPV debut at Lethal Intent, had her placed against Tequila, Lorretta & Shell in a fatal four way elimination match. Crystal was the last eliminated, but the fact that Tequila still held the Championship was enough to make Crystal go mad. By this time, Icer was ready to enter the GWF. The timing, was almost perfect. Crystal fought against Tequila in a 2 out of 3 falls match for the GWF Women's Championship the following Anarchy. With an assist from Icer, Crystal had achieved her major goal, becoming GWF Women's Champion.
Crystal was now living the high life, and could care less who or what any one is. She began calling herself "The Goddess", and took a back seat on the GWF band wagon. However, at the XIW Pay-Per-View, Fatality, Crystal lost her XIW Intercontinental Championship to Tequila, after Lorretta interfered. Crystal got a rude awakening, and was forced back down to reality. Crystal started taking every one seriously again, and signed a GeWA contract. Although she isn't pleased with the supposed stripping of the GWF belts, Crystal and Icer have been conversing over their plans for the GeWA, and have other people involved as well.
In more recent months, Crystal has left the UWA after a short time there. The GeWA has shut down. Crystal however graduated alongside Icer in the WCWA, and are now working part-time in PURE. While not battling it out inside the PURE ring, Crystal has been working on Divas UnLEASHED, and promoting it to various federations.
In Febuary 2003, the dominance of Crystal was felt now, in three-fold. She worked in the WCWA (after PURE closed) with Icer constantly feuding with the newly made Women's Division. She also worked in 5 Star Wrestling & the EWF, in which she was the ONLY female on both rosters who fought in the ring. She claimed her dominance in the EWF by winning the EWF Intergender Championship, and was 3-0 in Five Star until she was beaten serverly by Deamon Fire. Then, came Crystal's big break. Crystal starred in her first PPV main event against Taylor, the Divas Unleashed(W) Champion. She won the title with some help from Katrina & became the 2nd ever DU(W) World Champion. However, after not being around Icer much in her career during this time, Crystal decided the couple needed some VALUABLE time together, or the relationship was over. Crystal & Icer where to move in together in an apartment in Houston, from their current location in downtown San Antonio.
When it came time to pack, Icer left the country on a snowboarding tour, and Crystal called it quits. It appears the last the couple have heard from each other was in May 2003. Crystal now had a cleared head, and was ready to reintoduce herself back into the world of the ring. Her now good freind Tequila had turned the Divas Unleashed project into an outstanding federation, for females only. Amoung the roster greats where Tequila, Crystal, Taylor, Katrina, Mya, Dominatrix & Tara Lee. Crystal added fuel to the growing Divas Unleashed wild fire by personally signing such prospects as Holly Wentz, Cleopatra, Dominque Maxwell & Jennie. However, it was during this great growth in the Divas Unleashed, that the EWF & Five Star where on the brink of collapse. Crystal stood by as both legendary federations faced lawsuits, corporate takeovers, bankruptcy & media scams.
As the summer of 2003 began, Crystal was faced with the problem of putting her entirety in one federation while the others collapsed, or to help the other two federations & perhaps give her spot up as a key player in the DU. However, Five Star was able to pull itself out of the grave, and Crystal became the Xtreme Champion at it's return PPV, Breakdown. The match against Brendan Heaney, proved to be the most barbaric of her career. The Skyway To Hell match left Crystal a scar under her eye. Crystal has been on a role in Five Star since that match. As for her role in Divas Unleashed, Crystal reunited with her former Bod Squad member Katrina, & the new President of DU, Kristin Wallace, in the reformation of the Bod Squad. Kristin, for Crystal's help, named the DU July PPV after Crystal, "Femme Fatality".
At Femme Fatality, the former Bod Squad Member and friend of Crystal, Indigo, made her return. She however, had nothing but pain to give to her former Squad partners, with what lead to a huge fued between Crystal & Indigo. With Mystika coming in & out of the fued, along with other major players in Divas Unleashed, like Star, Katrina & Mya, it seemed as if the battle would never end. However, it did. After Crystal had defeated Mystika in a very memorable "Member"(Dildo) on a pole match, which left Mystika & Crystal throwing their guts up (Tommi had expirimented with the "member" before the match started), she faced Indigo with the title on the line. Crystal & Indigo battled in a spectacular match, which showed off Indigo's power, and Crystal resiliance. In the end, Indigo left Crystal beaten in the ring, and the belt still around her waist.
In the month of August in Five Star, Crystal's mentor since the beginning of her career, Blair Spikes (a.k.a. Banzai), made his return to Five Star in a huge way. He was announced as Co-Owner. Crystal was then given her first World Title shot at Blair's first Five Star PPV, Rennaissance. In this Pit Of Hell match, Crystal would take on two of the same men she faced in the Japanese Death match only two weeks earlier with her title on the line. "Psycho Killer" Jack & Kid Karnage. Also in the match, would be Nightmare. However, the unimaginable happened, as the secret Robert Evens had been keeping secret throughout the year was revealed. Five Star was bankrupt. It closed it's doors and ended Crystal's title reign.
Divas Unleashed however had gone in a completely seperate direction. Up, Up, and away. After a short hiatus due to contract negotiations and a break for all Divas Unleashed roster, Shane Rockford, Kristin Wallace and Christian Moralez brought Divas Unleashed back on television, and the all female drama continued. This time however, it say Crystal destroy her relations with The Bod Squad after pouring a bottle of red fire ants on Katrina & Kristin. Her acts lead her to a match on September 28th, 2003 at My Immortal against Katrina in Divas Unleashed first Ladder Match. Above the ring was two boxes. One containing fire ants, the other containing Katrina's wedding money!
Also during this time, Crystal rejoined Icer in a WCWA/EWWA/PURE like federation known as BCW. There she became the only female to ever hold a championship. This title? The Bantamweight Championship. She defeated Adi for it in mid-september, but lost the title to Tripod, a midget, a week later. Crystal then became a figment of the imagination and a hole in the pocket of BCW's salary pay-outs, as Icer & Crystal where reduced to low-card events and humor storylines for the compnay. Just as Icer & Crystal decided they had enough of the BCW, the EWWA opened it's doors once again, and the duo where quick to join up and leave the to BCW's newest rival, EWWA. It was here Crystal was reunited with Lorisa Stiletto, who she brought to Divas Unleashed.
As for Divas Unleashed, Crystal was defeated by Katrina at My Immortal, when Miss Rhiannon ran in and helped Katrina win the Ladder match by tossing the box of fire ants on Crystal's face! However, Crystal's dear freind Taylor made her return that night, leaving the duo to have quite the after parties after DIvas Unleashed shows. Crystal was still suffering setbacks in Divas Unleashed until she recieved a championship shot at Mya. Just as it seemed Crystal was to be the new champion, The Bod Squad once again interfered and cost Crystal the title. Cleopatra & Crystal then faced Katrina & Miss Rhiannon for Crystal's tag team titles, a championship which only herself & Cleopatra had held. Fate befalled Evil Majesty Inc, as The Bod Squad pinned Cleopatra, costing them the titles.
Crystal was disappointed at her protege's loss, and sent Cleopatra to the Divas Unleashed developemental territory. Cleopatra, rejected, then went to Divas Unleashed main rival, 3WL!!! In the mean time Crystal focused on her singles career once again in Divas Unleashed, and gave EWWA her two weeks notice.
As Crystal braved the best in Divas Unleashed, she began having more and more run-ins with the Unleashed Champion, Mya. As Crystal battled Mya in hardcore matches, hard liqour matches, and tag battles with Lightning, Star, and others alongside either woman, the inevitable occured on December 21st at Xiak Xande, when Crystal faced Mya for the Unleashed Championship. During the weeks leading up to the match, Kaci Russell had become freinds with Crystal, after both had been suffering the effects of Divas Unleashed becoming no place for loners, espicially with the likes of the Bod Squad, Lightning & her masked assailin, and Mya & Star being more than able to double an opponant at any moment in time.
It was from this alliance, that Kaci ended up becoming the guest referee at the last minute before the cage match started. As the match progressed, Mya seemed to have the match won even after the amazing moves played by both participants. Just as Mya neared the top of the cage, ready to leap down, Crystal managed to grab Mya's head and finish off Mya with Mya's own finisher "The Death From Above", from the top of the cage! Crystal became the Unleashed Champion, and ended Mya's long title reign, which ironically began at Femme Fatality on July 22nd.
With the Unleashed Championship now in her hands, Crystal's major record deal blew off the roof and the taping for her "Break Of Your Car" video promised her record sales would be phenominal. Crystal worked hard throughout the remainder of the Christmas Season, into the new year. Hosting the FWA's, and touring around various charities... it seemed that the Femme Fatale had finally accomplished what she had always wanted.
Holding the Unleashed Championship was not to last long however, as Crystal immediately ran right into Mya's new found friend... Star. Crystal & Star had battled before, and Crystal had yet to gain a victory over The Glittering Goddess. As Nuclear Pussy scheduled out for January 25th, 2004 saw Crystal face Star with the Unleashed Championship on the line. After an incredible encounter between the two divas, Star finally accomplished her goal of attaining the Unleashed Championship when she pinned Crystal. Crystal left the ring with a tear in her eye as Star shimmered in the spotlight.
Crystal had no chance to mourn her losses as she was immediately pulled into secret negotiations with Shane Rockford about a rival company, 3WL. The Femme Fatale immediately took the offer alongside Kaci Russell once the chance of gaining vengeance from Star in her other federation was mentioned. Crystal & Kaci then slowly began to make appearances on 3WL television, and eventually began making a nuissance of themselves for the 3WL divas. The conflicts saw Crystal & Kaci entered into a huge 8 woman tag team match for the 3WL Tag Team Championships at 3WL's Fatal Fury 2. Crystal's song "Break Of Your Car" was the theme tune for the event that saw Crystal & Kaci win the championships from the 3WL divas... leaving Divas Unleashed overjoyed and 3WL craving vengeance. After a few more incidents between the two companies, Shane decided to make good ties with his rivals, a fact that didn't sit well with Crystal. While Shane was handing out the peace papers in the ring... Crystal, Bianca & other divas opened up the arena sky and poured Raw Sewage all over the ring!!!
The 3WL camp was furious, as was Shane Rockford, who promised 3WL he would punish his divas. 3WL quickly severed it's ties from Divas Unleashed, and Crystal & Kaci lost their championships. What was the Femme Fatale to do next?
The answer came in the form of Rule Britainnia... the last pay per view before the one-year event in Divas Unleashed of Forsaken Destiny. Shane Rockford was still pissed at Crystal for her actions during the 3WL confrontation, and with his ex-fiancee Tequila another thorn in his backside, Shane Rockford decided to take out two birds with one stone. Tequila had not wrestled in over a year, and Shane knew of Crystal & Tequila's rocky freindship and past. He scheduled a match for Crystal to face Tequila at the London event, and the two bestfriends chose to stick by one another. Then came the event on April 25th, 2004.
Crystal & Tequila battled furiously at the event, but neither was to win as another diva appeared from their past. Taylor returned to the ring and destroyed the two divas, leaving them motionless in the ring. As if the night couldn't get any worse... none other than Vern Wheeler made his presence felt. The former GWF owner discovered HUGE contract violations due to the amount of former GWF stars in Divas Unleashed and threatened to sue Shane Rockford unless he took every former GWFer off the Unleashed television screen.
Crystal, Jake Wild, Renegade, Krysta Taylor, Tequila, Mya & Tara Lee-Shiro were forced from the building as Shane tried his best to revive his show. The GWF divas revolted against Vern however, and attacked their former boss. A match was made at Forsaken Destiny between Shane Rockford & Vern Wheeler to finally settle the matter, while Crystal turned on her own path of revenge against Taylor & Tequila for Rule Britainnia. This was to be destroyed by a raging Katrina who was fuming from her Unleashed Championship loss at Rule Britainnia. The stars where aligned, and Lady Covenant Emerald O'Conner immediately made the match that would see the first four divas signed to Divas Unleashed fight it out at the one-year anniversary event.
Crystal, Katrina, Taylor & Tequila where set to battle it out in the MGM Grand with the Stripped Championship on the line, the match stipulation set out as a "Sin City" match. The match disappointed no one as the four Original Divas fought barbarically throughout the ring, crashing through Poker & Roulette Tables, flying off Slot Machines & using other various Las Vegas decor to hurt each other. Crystal was to come out ontop during the match however, winning the Stripped Championship and leaving "Sin City" with her head held high.
With Crystal now the Stripped Champion, the very competitive & primiscuous division began seeing Crystal facing opponants who weren't afraid to show it all. Teo of those being Icenique & Tara Lee-Shiro, who she faced off against at Demonology II in a Menage A Trois match for her beloved belt. Tara handcuffed Crystal outside the ring, and Tara then fell to a pinfall from Icenique, causing Crystal to lose her Stripped Championship to the new comer. This made Crystal's former protege Cleopatra extremely happy, as Cleopatra had vowed vengeance against Crystal since Cleopatra had left Divas Unleashed for 3WL.
Then, tragedy struck. Crystal's ACL ligament had been bothering her for quite some time, and during Divas Unleashed first night in Japan during Exile, Crystal was attacked by The Bod Squad. During the attack, the "super bitches" ruptured the ligament, inadvertantly causing Crystal to be taken out of action. Doctors are unsure of how long Crystal will be from the ring, and now for the first time in The Femme Fatale's career, she has been placed on the inactive list of the roster. How long will it be before the return of The Femme Fatale?
