Ring Attire: On the way to the ring, Makaze wears a red/black fur coat over her attire, and takes it off in the ring to get ready for her match. In the ring, Makaze has a black choker around her neck as well as wearing a seductive tight leather bra along with a pair of stylish baggy leather pants. She's also got on some matching leather arm warmers and gloves on her arms, and wears leather boots on her feet. Her attire is decked out with Japanese text (translated to violent words) on top that pops up across different areas, and her attire changes in colour style each week.
Ring Entrance: The arena flickers with red and blue light as "Red Fraction" by MELL plays. Fog covers the ramp as Makaze appears at the top of the ramp wearing her fur coat over her attire and alongside her is her associate Kenji Kozakura. She taunts the crowd some especially the men as she trash talks to them in Japanese, and teases them before she walks off with a sway to her movement on her way to the ring with Kenji at her side.
A sadistic smirk appears upon her lips as Makaze walks over to the steps and makes her way up to the apron, and then she turns to face the crowd once up, and slowly licks over her lips with an evil smile. She then moves into the centre of the ring and slowly takes off her coat to reveal her attire.
The lights go normal as she walks to a corner of the ring, proceeding to take her hands and putting them at her side in a authoritative pose while she hoists herself up on the turnbuckle running her hands up her body and then through her hair, while licking her lips. While she's up there, Kenji gets up on the apron stairs below her and does a taunt resembling a crucifixion. Soon Makaze heads to the middle of the ring to wait for her opponent while Kenji takes away Makaze's coat circles the ring with his creepy emotionless face.
Biography: Makaze's origins trace back to her associations with an underground criminal organization headed up by the Yakuza, though nothing further is known about her own history, other than the fact she was given the name, Makaze, which was Japanese for “storm caused by the devil.”. This organization, which went by the codename "Sleight of Shadow", formed contracts with powerful executives and sent out assassins to eliminate big-shots of modern society. Makaze was raised by the group since childhood, having to train in how to use whatever weapons were put in her hands, as well as the more deadly aspects of martial arts. Eventually, after the leader was killed, and with the chain of command now collapsed, Makaze escaped from the underground to roam the outside world.
Makaze figured that she cannot live satisfied and during her aimless wandering, she found out about the profession of pro wrestling and soon reached Osaka, where she met an underground, lucha libre style wrestler known as the Great Gosuto. She accepted training and achieved in weeks what normal people wouldn’t be able to achieve in years. She was trained in the high flying martial artist style of the Great Gosuto which had been learnt in Gosuto’s ancestry for ages. One day after finishing the last few trials of her training, Gosuto disappeared, never to be seen again. Makaze was left on her own again.
From here Makaze flew to America in 2008, with new death-defying wrestling training fresh in her mind. She also arrived in sight of the all-female wrestling federation Divas Unleashed. During her time there Makaze also earned herself a reputation for not just her agile, high flying luchadore-like prowess, but also for her extremely violent and bloodthirsty reputation amongst her peers, earning the nickname; The Japanese Spitfire. Her intimidating presence was emphasised with the help of her old SOS mentor, Kenji Kozakura, who soon became her manager and boyfriend. Makaze managed to struck up a bunch of enticing and heated feuds with plenty of the roster, one of which, and her most recognised, was with DU wrestler Katie Kooper, earning her a 2009 Femmy Award for Best Feud. She also managed around that time to become a holder of both the Rockford State Championship, which she soon lost during one of her feuds with Katie Kooper, and then months later, won the Stripped Championship against 5 other competitors. Around this time, she was revealed to be a bisexual after starting up another relationship with just arrived DU Diva, “Miss Machisma” Angelle Laree. Makaze also managed to get on the cover of Playboy in February 2010, which earned a bit of controversy after the shots and interview provided supposed links to her old criminal organisation.
Nevertheless, it is true without a shadow of a doubt that Makaze has, in her own twisted unique way, made an impact on the DU scene, and will continue to do so in wrestling until the day she dies. But still, it is unknown what the future holds for the black hearted Japanese Spitfire!
Personality: She's virtually sexy, buxom, curvaceous, and seductive on the outside, but she’s devilish, disrespectful, bloodthirsty and manipulative on the inside. In other words, almost pure evil. She feels that once she gains something, anyone who didn't get there first before her is lower than her, and is not too shy putting it to them. She doesn't care what the fans think, and hates them back with a passion, and talks as if she has some form of authority over them. But although she is black hearted, Makaze never gives up the chance to execute some of the most reckless and dangerous high flying combat seen in wrestling.
